【D咖⑨】一座連接新舊上海的橋梁
本次8月2-4日的上海DAF建筑表皮大會(huì)，主題為“城市更新”，分享的案例涉及歷保建筑、商場(chǎng)外墻翻新、舊社區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)、舊工廠再開(kāi)發(fā)、體育場(chǎng)更新升級(jí)等等。
今天跟著大福一起來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)一下分享城市更新項(xiàng)目——上海南外灘金融中心的嘉賓：SOM設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)Sean Ragasa先生和旭密林的設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)（合伙人）夏晶慶先生。
Sean Ragasa先生作為SOM的設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)，他的項(xiàng)目遍及全世界不同城市和地區(qū)，他擅長(zhǎng)不同規(guī)模和風(fēng)格的復(fù)雜建筑項(xiàng)目，包括大型綜合體、商業(yè)辦公、教育以及公共市政項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)。Sean的設(shè)計(jì)手法嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，善于充分利用跨學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，來(lái)打造適應(yīng)場(chǎng)地的環(huán)境和社會(huì)條件的設(shè)計(jì)，力求展示了建筑與其環(huán)境、當(dāng)?shù)匚幕g的共生關(guān)系。
除此之外，他的設(shè)計(jì)還充分協(xié)調(diào)了可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)理念和建筑的外部視覺(jué)形象。在為珠海九洲灣打造低碳社區(qū)的項(xiàng)目中，他將當(dāng)?shù)厣裨挼涔逝c街坊尺度的被動(dòng)制冷策略相結(jié)合；在寧波國(guó)華金融大廈的項(xiàng)目中，被動(dòng)式空氣凈化和水過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)融入了當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)理念，圍繞建筑的多孔性、排列布局及與水的關(guān)系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。作為加州大學(xué)默塞德分校校區(qū)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的首席設(shè)計(jì)師，Sean 借鑒了加州中央山谷的農(nóng)業(yè)建筑風(fēng)格，打造了一個(gè)有凝聚力的校園標(biāo)識(shí)。該項(xiàng)目也是美國(guó)第一所實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和的公立大學(xué)。
Across geographic regions and typologies, Sean Ragasa creates architecture that is purposeful, intelligent, and, in subtle ways, delightful. His design approach is rigorous, often leveraging expertise across many disciplines to conscientiously respond to the environmental and social conditions of a site. With agile design sensibilities, Sean is known for delivering complex and significant projects elegantly.
Harmonizing the architecture’s visual identity with sustainability measures is an important part of Sean’s work. When designing a low-carbon community forJiuzhou Bay, he integrated allusions to local mythology with neighborhood-scale passive cooling strategies. Similarly, the passive air and water filtration systems in the Ningbo Guohua Financial Tower are integrated with traditional local design concepts around porosity, procession, and the relationship to water. As a lead designer in the master planning effort for the University of California Merced’s 2020 Campus Expansion, Sean drew references from the agrarian building styles of California’s Central Valley to create a cohesive campus identity. The project led UC Merced to be the first public university to achieve carbon neutrality, and it is the largest social infrastructure project achieved through a public-private partnership in U.S. history.
夏晶慶先生加入旭密林能源科技（上海）有限公司已經(jīng)有10年，現(xiàn)擔(dān)任公司設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)（合伙人）一職，中級(jí)工程師，擁有17年幕墻行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。參與的建筑項(xiàng)目有四川北路中信泰富，浦東嘉里中心，人民廣場(chǎng)70周年更新，外灘老市府大樓更新、上海九棵樹(shù)（未來(lái)藝術(shù)中心）上海臨港國(guó)際會(huì)議中心、中國(guó)福利會(huì)國(guó)際和平婦幼保健院奉賢院區(qū)、南外灘金融中心、上海北郊未來(lái)產(chǎn)業(yè)園。
Jim Xia has been a member of SchmidlinEnergy Technologies(Shanghai) Co., Ltd.for 10years and now serves as the company's design director (partner), intermediate engineer, with 17 years of experience in the curtain wall industry. He has been involved in building projects such as CITIC Pacific Plaza, North Sichuan Road, Kerry Center, Pudong, Renewal of the 70th Anniversary of People's Square, Renewal of The Bund·City Hall Plaza，Shanghai Jiukeshu (Future Art Center), Shanghai Lingang International Conference Center, Fengxian Hospital of China Welfare Association International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital,South Bund Financial Center, and Shanghai Beijiao Future Industrial Park.
南外灘金融中心是SOM為上海南外灘段最后一片工業(yè)遺址打造的城市更新改造項(xiàng)目。與上海的其他改造項(xiàng)目相比,南外灘金融中心的總體規(guī)劃更注重歷史遺址保護(hù)與新興建筑之間的微妙平衡。SOM的設(shè)計(jì)最大程度地保留了場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的文保建筑,同時(shí)將新興的辦公業(yè)態(tài)懸浮于文保建筑之上,打造了功能混合、充滿(mǎn)活力的文化和商業(yè)目的地,充分挖掘了南浦濱江區(qū)域的潛能。
歷史保護(hù)本質(zhì)上就是一種可持續(xù)方法，保留和再利用現(xiàn)有的結(jié)構(gòu)能夠最大限度地減少開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的碳足跡。新建建筑運(yùn)用被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略實(shí)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)遮陽(yáng),減少能源需求。建筑立面利用豎向肋設(shè)計(jì)，降低日照增熱，配以可開(kāi)啟扇作為新風(fēng)入口。落地式中空玻璃裝置可最大限度地利用自然采光和窗外景色。開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目范圍內(nèi)所有屋頂均采用反光屋面設(shè)計(jì)以減輕城市熱島效應(yīng)。此外,綠色屋面的設(shè)計(jì)，幫助減緩雨水徑流。位于屋頂機(jī)電設(shè)備周?chē)墓夥姘逡矠樵摰貐^(qū)提供可再生能源。
上海南外灘金融中心將成為國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)遺址保護(hù)利用的典范。
The South Bund Financial Center is SOM's urban renewal project for the last industrial site on the South Bund in Shanghai. Unlike other redevelopment projects in Shanghai, the master plan for the South Bund Financial Center focuses on the delicate balance between preservation of historic sites and new construction, and SOM's design maximizes the preservation of the site's heritage buildings while suspending new office businesses above them to create a mixed-use, vibrant cultural and commercial destination that fully exploits the potential of the Nanpu Riverfront area.
Historic preservation is inherently a sustainable approach, and retaining and reusing existing structures can minimize the carbon footprint of a development. The new building utilizes passive design strategies to achieve interior shading and reduce energy demand. The fa?ade utilizes vertical ribs to reduce solar heat gain, with openable fans as fresh air intakes. Floor-to-ceiling insulated glass units maximize natural light and views. All roofs within the development are designed with reflective roofing to reduce the urban heat island effect. In addition, green roofs are designed to help mitigate rainwater runoff. Photovoltaic panels located around the rooftop mechanical and electrical equipment also provide renewable energy to the area.
The Shanghai South Bund Financial Center will become a model for the protection and utilization of industrial sites in China.
