【D咖⑤】光影交錯里，滬上憶浮生，唯此新華道
本次8月2-4日的上海DAF建筑表皮大會，主題為“城市更新”，分享的案例涉及歷保建筑、商場外墻翻新、舊社區(qū)開發(fā)、舊工廠再開發(fā)、體育場更新升級等等。
今天跟著大福一起來認識一下分享城市更新項目——金地新華道的嘉賓：NBBJ公司董事、設計總監(jiān)胡偉先生和熙瑪工程的合伙人、執(zhí)行董事蔡一棟先生。
胡偉先生作為一位具有前瞻思維的建筑師以及NBBJ多個重要亞洲項目的設計領袖，胡偉在交付高知名度和復雜高難國際項目方面擁有二十年以上的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗。他的工作將參數(shù)化設計與東方文化中充滿魅力的特質融合于一體，在全球范圍內為城市與人們塑造出了眾多標志性建筑和令人難忘的場所。
在建筑設計的疆域之外，他深信與業(yè)主方建立牢固的合作關系和形成緊密的互動溝通對于圓滿完成卓越的設計工作而言是至關重要的。
As a forward-thinking architect and the design leader of NBBJ’s key Asian projects, Wei has more than 20 years of experience delivering high profile and complex projects internationally. His work merges parametric designs and the alluring characteristics of the Eastern culture to create iconic architecture as well as memorable spaces for the people and cities around the world.
Beyond architectural design, he believes that building solid relationships and close interaction with clients is also crucial in order to carry out extraordinary works.
蔡一棟先生畢業(yè)于上海交通大學，獲工科學士和工商管理碩士學位。他在立面工程領域深耕二十五年，顧問創(chuàng)業(yè)十八年。主要作品有喜瑪拉雅藝術中心/上海交響樂團/銀河-凌空-麗澤SOHO/天津國家會展/湖南省博物館等，在立面結構、材料、加工、安裝、BIM、維護等領域將知識交錯縱橫，善于將藝術、工程和管理等學科相結合，發(fā)現(xiàn)和研究新穎外墻材料和設計理念、研究立面系統(tǒng)和結構，組織和協(xié)調資源，將建筑立面設計創(chuàng)意轉化成現(xiàn)實。
Cai Yidong graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering and Business Administration, respectively. He has been deeply involved in the field of fa?ade engineering for twenty-five years and has been a consultant for eighteen years. His major works include the Shanghai Himalaya Art Center/Shanghai Symphony Hall/Galaxy-Sky-Leeza SOHOs/Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center/Hunan Provincial Museum, among others. In the areas of fa?ade structure, materials, processing, installation, BIM, and maintenance, he has integrated knowledge and expertise, adept at combining disciplines such as art, engineering, and management. He excels in discovering and researching innovative exterior wall materials and design concepts, studying fa?ade systems and structures, organizing and coordinating resources, and translating architectural fa?ade design creativity into reality.
金地新華道地處上海的哥倫比亞生活圈，所在的新華路屬于歷史文化風貌區(qū)的重要組成部分，周邊相鄰的既有彰顯時代特色的文化場所，亦有充滿城市煙火的生活居所。在新與舊、動與靜的轉換交疊之間，項目秉承著“激活城市文脈，重塑街區(qū)價值”的主導理念在疫情過后從既有的城市肌理當中生長出來。
整座建筑呈南北走向，著意收斂縱向高度，拉近與周圍場所的距離，并透過地面兩層的社區(qū)商業(yè)與周邊環(huán)境建立親密對話。建筑采用簡潔的造型和干凈的線條著意勾勒深刻的建筑記憶點，由此引導人們放緩腳步，拾階而上，在這片老城區(qū)收獲新體驗。
Located at the Columbia Circle of Shanghai, the Gemdale Lane on Xinhua Road is an important part of an urban cultural heritage area. It is surrounded by cultural venues and local residences. Between the old and new, the dynamic and tranquil, the project is grown out of the existing urban fabric, led by the big idea of “activating urban context and reshaping community value”.
Along a north-south direction, this building is designed with a humble height to bring itself closer to its surroundings and to establish an intimate dialogue with the local context through community retails on first two levels. The simple geometry and clean lines are meant to create architectural memories, guiding people to slow down and walk up the steps to gain new experience in this old city area.
